Delivery
- We deliver orders throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Orders are shipped through SMSA, Aramex or AJEX.
- Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier schedule.
Returns
- A return may be requested within 7 days of receiving the TV.
- The TV must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the applicable collection and return-delivery costs.
- If the TV arrives damaged, does not match the order or is materially different from its description, Jovento will cover the return cost.
- Replacement or refund will be processed after the product has been inspected and confirmed eligible.
2-Year TV Warranty
- The TV is covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the purchase date.
- Warranty claims require the model number, serial number, proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- The warranty does not cover scratches, liquids, misuse, accidents, installation errors, screen burn-in or normal LCD backlight bleeding.
- Up to 5 dead pixels are considered acceptable. Six or more qualify for panel replacement after inspection.
- Please retain the original packaging, as it may be required to transport the TV safely for warranty service.
- Eligible cases will be repaired, replaced or refunded where applicable under the warranty terms and applicable regulations.
