Shipping Fees

Standard Delivery: Completely free for orders exceeding SAR 100. For orders below this amount, additional shipping fees will apply at checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier service will make one additional attempt.

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping the order will require the customer to pay additional shipping fees.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date, attaching supporting photos and evidence.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or a financial refund.
Change of Shipping Address

Shipping addresses can only be modified or changed before the order leaves our warehouse and actual transit begins. Once the product has been shipped, no modifications can be made to the address.

To request an address change, please contact customer support immediately before the order status updates to "Shipped".
Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped from the warehouse. Once the shipment is in transit, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances, and the Return Policy will apply.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed and returned to the customer's account within 7-10 business days.
