JOVENTO — RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Jovento, we want to ensure a transparent, secure, and fair commercial experience for all our customers. Please read our criteria for returns, replacements, and refunds carefully.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Customers can request a product return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the exact date of receiving the consignment from the logistics provider.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURNS

Unopened Items Only: Returns for a change of mind or buyer ordering mistakes are strictly accepted only if the product is completely unopened, unused, uninstalled, and remains in its original, retail-ready factory packaging with all security seals intact.

Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is delivered defective, damaged in transit, or completely non-functional, customers are fully eligible for a technical assessment, return, or structural replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened, unsealed, or utilized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless an inherent manufacturing defect is structurally proven upon arrival.
3. EXCLUSIONS & UNREASONABLE DISPUTES
To protect our wholesale supply chain and distribution standards, Jovento does not accept return requests or legal disputes arising from the following circumstances:

Products that have been opened, unsealed, or altered (unless a verified manufacturing defect is present).

Incorrect items, wrong specifications, or wrong SKUs selected and ordered by the buyer.

Inaccurate, incomplete, or false shipping addresses provided by the buyer at checkout.

Claims regarding subjective preferences (e.g., product scent, texture, or slight aesthetic design variations that do not impair core functionality).

Minor tracking delays or logistics anomalies caused by third-party delivery networks (e.g., DHL, AJEX, or local post offices).

Product differences or custom procurement terms that were explicitly negotiated and contractually agreed upon in advance.
4. REFUND AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

Replacement: If a return is formally approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, the customer will receive a brand-new replacement of the same product/SKU subject to stock availability.

Refund: If an identical replacement is out of stock or structurally unavailable, a full financial refund will be issued back to the customer's original payment method.
5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND LOGISTICS

Defective/Incorrect Consignments: If the product is verified to be defective or if an internal fulfillment error occurred on our part, Alliant Company will fully cover the return shipping logistics and associated costs.

Change of Mind / Buyer Error: If a return is conditionally approved for an unopened item due to a change of mind, the customer is entirely responsible for arranging, securing, and paying for the return shipping fees back to our central warehouse facility.
6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN PROCEEDING
To initiate a claim, please execute the following steps within the mandatory 7-day window:

Dispatch an official request to our customer support team via the contact channels listed below.

Provide your official proof of purchase (Order number, commercial invoice, or receipt).

Attach clear, high-resolution photographs or video evidence detailing the specific defect, or confirming the completely unopened condition of the retail box.

Strictly follow the specific return authorization and routing instructions provided by our support personnel.
Please Note: Alliant Company reserves the absolute right to professionally inspect, bench-test, and verify the physical and technical condition of any returned product at our facility before processing a final financial refund or product exchange. This policy applies exclusively to purchases executed through our official sales channels.
