We ship across Saudi Arabia with standard delivery taking 5-7 business days. Standard delivery is free for orders above SAR 100; a fee applies for orders below this amount. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting images. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order through the courier’s tracking portal.

Address changes are only possible before order shipment. Once shipped, modifications cannot be made. To request an address change, please contact customer support immediately.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
